Hands down my favorite bar in town. The only place to get a real Irish Coffee, and a proper pull off a Guinness (like, the real Irish way). Nothing has changed between their old and new location when it comes to service, friendliness or atmosphere.. other than a smaller venue and they now serve pizza (YUM!)!! Highly recommend stepping in for a tasty swig, their house coctail menu is delish and the bar tenders have a depth of knowledge far beyond what the joint is able to advertise as available. 11/10

Cozy spot with great live music – delicious pizza (didn’t realize pizza was an Irish dish?) and great drinks

Uisce Irish Pub is that “Cheers” like place where you’re greeted warmly upon entering, your favorite drinks will be remembered, and you’re treated like family. Molly McGarry has put her whole heart and soul into creating this space and atmosphere. They will make you any kind of drink you want and their pizzas are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Uisce Irish pub for dinner, drinks, darts, or just a place to find a friendly face.

Good variety of cocktails, and pretty good pizza! I like the homey atmosphere :)

So excited that Uisce is back! Have been before at their old location and it was a cool spot, and will definitely aim to make their new location a regular sipping spot. It's got this cozy speakeasy vibe a lil bit and is in a STUNNING space. We enjoyed the French 75, Bee's Knees, Negroni and Honeysuckle and all were great cocktails! Perfectly balanced and tasted amazing. Weren't able to try their pizzas during our visit but have heard they they're delish! Welcome back, Uisce!

Might be my new favorite neighborhood bar! I felt like a valued & welcomed guest the moment I walked in. The bee’s knees cocktail was perfect! I wish their food menu was a little more than pizza, but I will admit that pizza was great! Great downtown location, chill vibe & friendly service from everyone I interacted with. I will be back for sure.

I was surprised to find this pub in downtown Bellingham. Having recently moved up from Seattle, I was searching for an Irish or Scottish type place similar to what there was down there. This pub fits the bill well. The interior is designed to be like the spots in Ireland, though a bit more upscale, complete with a couple of darts boards in the back. There is a wide selection of whiskeys and other spirits available. The beer selection is Guinness, Harp, and Smithwick's plus a house lager, a cider from the local brewer Lost Giants, and a couple of wines. Food is limited to a few pizzas; otherwise, this is strictly a drinking establishment. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There is live music on Wednesday nights and scattered throughout the rest of the week. It's a welcome retreat from the world if you need it.

The magic of the old Uische location has been preserved in their new space!! Had a great time on opening night. The new space is a little more intimate, and strikes a balance between the classic aesthetic and new/modern equipment. Everything is immaculately clean, the sharply dressed staff still sling great drinks, and the crowd of people was buzzing with happy conversations just like I remembered from the old space. They have brand new dart boards too! They were serving appetizer sized pizzas that were cheap and punched way above their weight. Would recommend Unsurprisingly, the drinks are all great. my favorite thing is that we have a new/returning bar that offers cocktails closer to 10 dollars per drink instead of 15 or 20 like some other places. And the sound system in there sounds great, too!
